What we'll never do.

We built these constraints to keep this product private, calm, and useful.

1. We will never read your email content.
2. We will never sell your data.
3. We will never up-rank a gift because it pays us more.
4. We will never push notifications you would not want to receive.
5. We will never make you small-talk with the agent.
6. We will never auto-purchase without explicit confirmation.
7. We will never make recipients sign up to receive a gift.
8. We will never lock your recipient memory inside Present Agent.
9. We will never write generic gift-card cheese.
10. We will never expand into a category we cannot be the best at quietly.

What we use your data for, internally

Once a month, we sample anonymized signal patterns from a small subset of users — never names, never emails, never raw subjects — to evaluate whether our AI distillation matches what a thoughtful friend would say about you.

The anonymized sample is automatically deleted after 30 days. Evaluation results are stored as aggregate statistics only — we never retain per-user payloads.
