Returns policy
Present Agent is a curation layer. We curate and surface products from independent merchants and retailers. We do not warehouse or ship products directly.
This means return eligibility and procedures are set by the merchant that fulfilled your order, not by Present Agent. The merchant is identified on your order confirmation email and on the Shopify order page after checkout.
How to start a return
- Find your order confirmation email from Shopify. It will include the merchant name and a link to the order page.
- On the order page, click "Request a return" or contact the merchant directly using the contact information in that email.
- If you cannot locate the merchant contact or the return option is not available on the order page, email us at support@presentagent.vip and we will help connect you with the right party.
Typical merchant policies
Most merchants in our catalog accept returns within 14-30 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition. Some product categories — including food, personalized items, and digital goods — are typically non-returnable. The specific policy for each merchant is shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@presentagent.vip. Include your order number and a photo of the item. We will escalate to the merchant on your behalf and ensure a resolution.
Refund timeline
Once a return is accepted by the merchant, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Processing time varies by merchant, but typically takes 3-10 business days after the return is received.
